8 IV 1940 - Orzel (lt cmdr Jan Grudzinski) sunk near Lillesand German troop ship Rio de Janeiro (5 261 BRT), with the invasion troops on board

2 XI 1941 - Sokol (lt cmdr Borys Karnicki) destroyed with artillery Italian steamer It is highly probable that it was s/s Balilla (2 469 BRT)

14 II 1942 - Sokol abordaged and blown up Italian schooner Giuseppina (362 BRT), near Tunisian coast

14 X 1942 - Krakowiak (lt cmdr Jan Tchorznicki) along with other 8 twin Hunts, cover British MTB which sunk in La Manche Channel German auxiliary cruiser Komet (7 500 BRT), with 251 hands lost

22 II 1943 - Burza (lt cmdr Franciszek Pitulko) while escorting ON-166 convoy heavily damaged with depth charges German submarine U 606, which surfaced and was rammed by American gunboat Campbell, with loss of 36 hands

20 IX 1943 - Dzik (lt cmdr Boleslaw Romanowski) attacked near Bastia two German troop ships According to the Kriegsmarine archives French tanker Champagne (9 946 BRT) was damaged and later torpedoed by British Uproar and beached The other ship was German troop ship Nikolaus (6 793 BRT), also tug Kraft was sunk

7 X 1943 - Sokol (lt cmdr Jerzy Koziolkowski) sunk near Pula big enemy troop ship It is supposed to be Italian s/s Eridania (7 095 BRT)

11 XI 1943 - Sokol abordaged and blown up in the Aegean Sea small enemy schooner It was Italian Argentina (64 BRT)

8 I 1944 - Dzik sunk another schooner, this time Greek Elleni

8 VI 1944 - Blyskawica (cmdr konrad Namiesnikowski) and Piorun (cmdr Tadeusz Gorazdowski) as a part of 10th Destroyers Flotilla sunk in the night battle near Quessant two German destroyers: Z 32 (2 603 T) and ZH 1 (1 604 T)

10 VI 1944 - Krakowiak (lt cmdr Jan Tchorznicki) together with Canadian destroyers Gatineau, Sioux and British frigate Duff sunk in La Manche Channel two German MTBs S 136 and S 137

13 VI 1944 - Piorun with British destroyer Ashanti attacked near Jersey Island German group of big minesweepers Two of them M 83 (685 T) and M 343 (543 T) were lost

14 VII 1944 - unit of destroyers under command of cpt W Slater (British Tartar, Canadian Haida and Polish Blyskawica) attacked near Ile de Groix enemy convoy destroying at least 2 auxiliary minesweepers UJ 1420 (304 BRT) and UJ 1421 (253 BRT)

14 VIII 1944 - Piorun with cruiser Diadem and destroyer Onslow sunk near La Rochelle German blockade runner Sperrbrecher 7 (7 087 BRT)

18 IX 1944 - Garland (cmdr Stanislaw Biskupski) with British destroyers Terpsichore and Troubridge sunk in the Eagean Sea German submarine U 407 5 German sailors were killed

3 IX 1939 - claim that Wicher, Gryf and shore artillery sunk one of the German destroyers In the battle indeed Leberecht Maas was damaged She received a hit in the B gun turret, and lost 4 ratings, though was fully operational already in the end of September Leberecht Maas was sunk with Max Schultz in error attack by German bombers in the North Sea on 22 II 1940

10 IV 1940 - sinking of the German minesweeper by Orzel - during his succesful Vth patrol lt cmdr Grudzinski claimed to sunk also enemy minesweeper Though Stephen Roskill claims that Orzel sunk two ships: one troop ship and one tanker which according to the sources, is not true

20 VI 1940 - ramming of the German submarine by Wilk - It is highly probable that Wilk didn't sunk any enemy submarine, but allied O 13 or just hit the floating wreck

VI 1940 - Garland's actions in the Mediterranean the claim that Garland as a part of the 14th Destroyers Flotilla sunk in two battles Italian cruiser Bartolomeo Colleoni and destroyer Espero is not true Mostly due to the fact, that none of the crewmen confirms this fact and that during that time ships wasn't ready for action yet

28 X 1941 - sinking of the Citta di Palermo by Sokol - from 4 fired torpedoes from Sokol only one detonated Naval intelligence confirmed the damage or sinking of the enemy vessel, but on the postwar list of losses by Italian Navy Citta di Palermo is listed on 5 I 1942

19 XI 1941 - attack of Sokol on the Italian base in Navarino - according to the lt cmdr Karnicki one enemy destroyer Ascari was sunk along with enemy steamer 5 600 T But month later Ascari took part in the operation carried out by Italian Navy Furthermore none of the Italian destroyers was damaged that day in the Navarino Bay Probably Sokol's torpedoes missed and hit the pier

24 V 1943 - Dzik's attack near Cape Spartivento - two torpedoes found their way to the target which was Italian m/s Carnaro (8 257 BRT) but ship was only damaged and after putting out the fire she was safely towed to Messina
